Our property features two distinct buildings separated by a beautiful main pool, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the famous Paros sunset. When is the hotel open for the season?
We are pleased to welcome guests during the vibrant Mediterranean summer, with our operating period running from May 10th through October 10th each year.

What is the hotel's policy regarding children and pets?
We warmly welcome families with children. Please note that we provide one baby cot per room upon request, and children are not permitted to share a bed with parents. To maintain a tranquil environment, we strictly observe a no-pet policy.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Our official check-in time is from 15:00pm to 23:00pm, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00am. For late check-ins after 23:00, please inform us in advance so we may make the necessary arrangements.

Do you offer facilities for early arrivals or late departures?
Certainly. To ensure your comfort, we provide luggage storage and a dedicated common shower room. These facilities are ideal for guests who wish to enjoy the property or explore Paros before their room is ready or after checking out.

What pool and beach amenities are available on-site?
Guests may enjoy our adult swimming pool, located conveniently close to our dedicated children’s pool with a safe depth of 0.50m. Both pools are open from 08:30am to 20:00pm. For your convenience, we provide pool towels for use during your stay (supplement applies which is refundable once towels are returned).

Is there parking available on the premises?
Yes, we offer free private outdoor parking located directly on-site for all our guests. There is no need for a prior reservation to secure a space for your vehicle.

What laundry services do you provide?
To assist with your needs, we can arrange an external professional laundry and ironing service for an additional charge. Please contact our front desk to coordinate these services during your stay.

What are the breakfast options at Fragoulis Village?
Continental buffet breakfast can be arranged at the front desk (serving from 8 30am to 10 30am). Extra supplement is applied.

How can I arrange a transfer to the hotel?
We provide a professional shuttle service to and from the port and airport at an extra cost. To ensure a seamless arrival, we require a valid WhatsApp number from guests to coordinate and confirm all transfer requests.

Is there public transportation near the hotel?
Fragoulis Village is very accessible, with a local bus stop conveniently located just outside the property. This allows for easy exploration of Parikia and the surrounding picturesque villages of Paros.
